Professional Experience

Prajanya Rathore is specialist in Sports Law, Tech-law along-with being a practising lawyer.

He also has notable publications under his belt, showcasing his academic acumen in present day Technology and related laws. The publications range from article on Artificial intelligence to Data Protection, Crypto market and cyber protection laws.

He has a keen interest in technology law, apart from being a practising lawyer before courts. He also handles commercial litigation, arbitration and consumer disputes. Prajanya has actively represented National Rifle Association before various forums. He was also actively involved with Advocate Somnath Bharti (MLA from AAP), in handling legal matters before various forums in Delhi.

A popular case involved in Sports Law where Prajanya was involved as an arguing lawyer, where the issue involved the IOA and the National Sports Federation (NSF), to comply with the Sports Code and its rulings. The plea also sought that the recognition of non-compliance NSFs should be suspended or withdrawn and that benefits given to such non-compliant NSFs be not resumed till the constitution and administration of the IOA or NSF are brought into conformity with the Sports Code.
